The Roodepan SAPS Detectives conducted a tracing operation which resulted in the apprehension and arrest of 11 suspects.
On Wednesday, 13 October 2021 at 04:00 police members pounced on unsuspecting wanted suspects at their homes in Roodepan and surrounding areas.
The suspects are wanted for charges varying from attempted murder, robbery, assault GBH, domestic violence, house breaking and theft and warrant of arrests.
The suspects, 9 males and 2 females between the ages of 22 and 36-year-old should be appearing in court soon.
The Acting Station Commander of Roodepan SAPS, Lt Col Pieter Jansen commended the Roodepan Branch Commander, Lt Col Christopher Mashodi and the Roodepan Detective unit for their commitment and relentlessness in ensuring that perpetrators are apprehended.
