The Police request the public to assist in tracing the suspects and relatives of the deceased man who was found at an open field near the substation at Alma road on Monday, 24 May 2021 at 00:25.
The deceased man had gunshot wound on the head and the body was found in a decomposed state. He had no identity documents in his possession.
The deceased is suspected to be a Lesotho national. He was wearing a black trouser and his body was wrapped with a multi coloured blanket.
The body is still at the Welkom Government Morgue and has not been identified yet.
