Conclusion of the Five-Day Workshop on Developing the National Action Plan for Health Security

Today marks the successful conclusion of the five-day workshop dedicated to developing a comprehensive National Action Plan for Health Security Hosted by the National Public Health Agency in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and various partners, the event took place at the City Council Conference Hall in Freetown.

This workshop brought together health experts, stakeholders, and representatives from governmental and non-governmental organisations to discuss and formulate strategies to enhance our nation’s health security. Participants engaged in vibrant discussions and collaborative activities aimed at identifying current challenges, setting priorities, and proposing actionable solutions to strengthen public health systems in Sierra Leone.
