The City’s Water and Sanitation Department will be installing a new water connection to the new Delft Mall on Thursday, 7 October 2021. This requires that the water supply to parts of Delft be shut off to enable the construction crew to do the work safely.
This will result in the disruption of the water supply to Voorbrug, Roosendal, The Hague, N2 Gateway and Blikkiesdorp in Delft from 08:00 until 16:00.
Residents and businesses are advised to store water upfront in clean, sealed containers for use during this period.
They should also ensure that their taps are closed during this period to avoid water loss and/or damage when the supply is restored.
Two water tankers will be roaming the area to provide water where required.
The City regrets the inconvenience caused.
