QONCE: The Cambridge Station Commander Brigadier Pumla Mdlankomo has praised the swift action by the Cambridge task team led by Warrant Officer Victor Yekani in apprehending two suspects aged 34 and 37 years of age and recovered goods. This was after the suspects gained entry through the roof in a business in Vincent on Monday, 26 August 2022 and made off with various items totalling over R149 000-00. After viewing the CCTV footage, the team followed information and nabbed the suspects on Wednesday, 31 August 2022 and recovered some items. Both suspects are appearing before the East London Magistrates’ Court today facing charges of burglary business.
