DURBAN – Scottburgh SAPS is making an urgent appeal for information regarding a missing person.
Cebo Thobelani Hlongwa (23) left his home in Dumisa on 7 December 2021 and did not return home. He was wearing black jeans, a hooded jacket with stripes and sandals. He is medium in height and has short hair. We appeal to anyone who might have information on his whereabouts to contact Detective Constable Mfanelo Mchunu of Sawoti SAPS on 039-9719000 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111.
