Police detectives in Parkweg request community to assist in locating the family of a deceased Chinese male. The deceased was found by a passer-by early this morning, 06 October 2021 just before 08H00 on the open field near N1 South on Colesburg road. He then alerted police.
The deceased is a male estimated to be between 40 and 50-years-old and has a short natural greyish hair. He sustained head injuries and was lying on his back. When he was found, the deceased was wearing a long navy blue jean, black T-shirt with DunHill print in front and black worn out shoes.
It is presently not known what led to his killing. There were traces of blood on the grass, hence the possibility that the body has only been dumped there. The identity of the deceased is still unknown and no arrest yet.
