WESTERN CAPE – The commitment displayed by police members to continuously take drugs off the streets resulted in the confiscation of drugs in Bellville.

Police members of the Anti-Economical Crime Task team led an integrated operation focussing on drug trafficking on Wednesday, 05 October 2022. They had their sights set on a set off point and proceeded to Gianellas Court in Bellville. They searched a number of apartments and arrested and detained three suspects when they were found in possession of a consignment of drugs with an estimated street value of R40 000-00.

Once charged they will appear in the Bellville Magistrate’s Court on a charge of dealing in drugs
