SAPS Sekhukhune District launches Women’s Network and Men for Change structures
The SAPS Sekhukhune Acting District Commissioner Brigadier Robert Maluleka accompanied by the Provincial Women’s Network champion Brigadier Mary Mashila and Provincial Men for Change champion Lieutenant Colonel Remmone-Jeso Sekgotha have yesterday, 18 August 2021 led the launch of Women’s Network and Men for Change structures at Hlogotlou Police Station.

Amongst the visitors were Colonel Thiba from Burgersfort, Lieutenant Colonel Basson from Groblersdal, Lieutenant Colonel Shikhati from Burgersfort, the Acting Station Commander of Hlogotlou Captain Masemola, Captain Tshehla from Groblersdal, Captain Setlawane from EHW Groblersdal, Chaplain Warrant Officer Ramatshego, Chaplain Warrant Officer Mthunzi from Burgersfort joined by motivational speaker Pastor Kgatle.

The programme directors of the day were Sergeant Mphahlele and Constable Maimela.

The formal launch of both structures was coordinated by the Provincial Champion Lieutenant Colonel Remmone-Jeso Sekgotha.Whereas, pastor Kgatle blessed the event.

In his address, Lieutenant Colonel Sekgotha indicated that both men and women need each other and emphasized unity between the two parties. “We must all refrain from those olden ways of decampaigning against women. Everyone irrespective of gender, are all equal before the eyes of God”, Concluded Lieutenant Colonel Sekgotha.

Deputy Chairperson: Captain Manong Tshehla.

Secretary: Constable Maimela.

Secretary: Sergeant Kgofela and P.R.O Chaplain Mthunzi.

WOMEN’S NETWORK

Chairperson: Chaplain Queen Ramatsego and her deputy Sergeant Kgwedi.

The secretary: Sergeant Maluleke and her deputy Constable. Motau.

Treasurer: Constable Skhosana. PRO A/C Maepa.
