WESTERN CAPE – Delft Family Violence, Children Protection and Sexual Offences unit (FCS) kindly request the assistance of the public in locating Sylvester Manewyk (62), who is wanted in connection with a rape case.
Manewyk was arrested for the alleged rape of a 6-year-old girl, and appeared in the Bellville Magistrates court. The case was transferred to Parow Regional court for an appearance on 3 May 2021, but he failed to attend. A warrant was issued for his arrest. It is suspected that he could be in the Delft, Bonteheuwel and Manenberg areas.
