The recent lootings at Shopping Malls committed in KZN and Gauteng included the breaking of ATM machines whereby cash was stolen and is being distributed illegally throughout the country to buy and sell goods to unsuspecting victims. The stolen money does not have value and can be identified with dye stains that are blue, red, green, and purple. The community must report such money to the police because anyone found in possession is a suspect. We also discourage the community from buying expensive goods at lower prices because they are stolen. We also discourage the community from buying on line because they may be sold stolen goods. Anyone found in possession of stolen goods is a suspect and can be prosecuted.
