MC Madoda Sambatha leads provincial outreach program to intensify registration and vaccination and assess the provincial strategy, 13 to 16 Jul

The Provincial department of Health, MEC Madoda Sambatha will this week resume with his outreach programme to the districts across the province to intensify the registration and vaccination campaign for all eligible people. The MEC will be accompanied by the provincial co-ordinators of the Department of Health COVID-19 and Vaccination strategy.

The MEC will kickoff the outreach in the Bojanala district, proceed to Ngaka Modiri Molema, then Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati and conclude the week’s programme in the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District were the activities of the day will be held under the Nelson Mandela Day theme.

“As a Province we need to constantly sharpen our vaccination rollout strategy to ensure that it works for us to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.

All eligible people should register to vote. More importantly it is our responsibility to adhere to COVID-19 non-pharmaceutical prevention measures. A vaccine is not a license to be irresponsible or to continue to spread the virus”, said MEC Sambatha
