House robbery suspects sought by Zastron Police

ZASTRON – The Police are looking for four unknown suspects who entered a house at Refeng Khotso, Matlakeng Location this morning just after midnight.

The four suspects were carrying firearms and they covered their faces with a face mask.

It is alleged that the four suspects gained entry through the main aluminium door and ransacked the house and stole two television sets, a sound system, a wallet with bank cards and ID card, cellphones and a Blue Ford Ranger Bakkie that was later found abandoned in the area of Boesmanskloof Farm.

A 42-year-old complainant was asleep together with his family in the house when the suspects pounced.

He was then woken up and the suspects demanded money and the car keys.

No shots were fired and no visible injuries were sustained by the victim and his family.

They were left in the house and were tied up with cable ties and shoe laces. The victims managed to untie themselves after the suspects had left and they informed the Police.
