BLOEMFONTEIN – Please be informed that the 10111 call centre in Bloemfontein will be temporarily closed for decontamination. This is after a positive Covid-19 case was detected.
The shift commander can be contacted at 082 465 6030 or 082 041 3867 in case of complaints or any police emergency.
Employees of the centre will work remotely while the building is being decontaminated. Some members will operate from the old 10111 call centre.
Both external and internal clients will be duly informed when the building will be ready and safe to be occupied again.
The Provincial Commissioner, Lt Gen Baile Motswenyane and management wish to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this temporary closure.
