UPDATE: Help Jozini FCS Unit find missing baby
The Provincial Communication Office received intelligence yesterday about the baby boy that was kidnapped in Jozini on 10 August 2021. It was reported that the suspect was at Ermelo in Mpumalanga province with the kidnapped baby. The Jozini and Ermelo Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit were immediately contacted and the information was shared with them. The suspect was arrested while at a clinic in Ermelo to obtain a vaccination card for the baby. She was arrested by the Ermelo FCS Unit and the kidnapped baby was also found. The baby has been re-united with the mother. The 32-year-old suspect is expected to appear before the Ubombo Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
