A multi-disciplinary operation between neighbouring police stations was conducted on Friday (2022-06-03) with the focus on promoting drug free communities.
The police members executed a search warrant at a previously identified premises in Petunia Street, Piketberg. Upon searching the premises, they confiscated a consignment of drugs with an estimated street value of R46 000 and an undisclosed amount of cash.
Two males aged 31 and 36 and a female aged 30 has been arrested and detained on a charge of dealing in drugs.
Once charged, the suspects are due to appear in the Piketberg Magistrates court on the mentioned charge.
