Police seek public assistance in identifying two bodies

ZWELITSHA - Police are seeking the assistance of the public to help identify the bodies of two females who were found at the forest in Ntabankulu yesterday.

It is alleged that on Wednesday, 22 June 2022 at about 14 00, a member of the community who was collecting wood in the forest, that is situated behind the Department of Education Offices in Ntabankulu, stumbled across two female bodies.

Police were summoned to the scene. Both victims had bruises on the upper body, and with no clothes.

Preliminary investigations were conducted to track their relatives, with no success. Police are appealing to anyone who is missing a family member to come forward and try to assist police in identifying the two bodies. They can contact Detective Sergeant Zola Nolawu on 039 258 0002.
